Today marked my first day to help the 5 Men with the soldering.
I sat down at David's desk and whipped out two buttons.
I was so proud. :)
Later I got to thinking I should make 4 more.
Oops.
Nothing would go right for me. The iron wouldn't work, the tweezers were sticky, the solder wouldn't flow... Of the 4 boards, 2 didn't make it beyond one component and 1failed the functional test. I managed to FRY one of the expensive chips, loose an LED, and make a complete solder mess on 2 boards.
It made me feel kinda sad.
That and I wasn't sure at which point do you give up and call it a loss.
