I like blogging on a dead line. I like to blog knowing I'm willfully avoiding important tasks that need to be completed tonight.

Like laundry.

or paying bills.

or packing for that New Zealand vacation that starts in 3 days.

Oh, did you know? I'm going to New Zealand. Whats that? Well, yes. We did just buy a house. What? Isn't a trip to New Zealand expensive? Oh, well yes, but really, what's a few grand on top of several hundred thousands. I mean really.

So David and I have been planning our whirlwind NZ trip for, oh, a week now. We leave on Saturday. Were not big on the whole 'planning' thing. We had to fork over several hundred to have our passports expedited cuz WERE LAZY. I've had the vacation requested since 2008 but we bought our plane tickets, oh, last week. OBNOXIOUS.

Oh, yeah. I'm not packed. Haven't even started. Haven't done the laundry so I CAN pack.

I blog instead.

And you know, I totally sit a work making never ending mental list of all I need to do when I get home.

I cant imagine being an adult.

I ate Hot Tamales and War Heads for breakfast.

It was hot

and I enjoyed every moment of it.
