Tomorrow I will reach the age of 25...
It's raining here in Virginia. People out here don't seem to promote the use of umbrellas. Not really sure why. They just walk around in the rain... or in the case of the guys standing out in front of my porch - stand around and have a conversation. It's clearly raining. I mean the parking lot it almost a puddle at this point... I'm aware that theres no harm in getting wet, but its just not something Ive seen before. Even the school kids just meander home in the rain...
Nutty Virginians.
